Dr. Leonard discovered his passion for optometry while serving with a mission team in Jamaica, where he provided essential eye exams for local residents.

After earning his biology degree magna cum laude, he completed his Doctor of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry with honors in primary eye care, ocular disease, and surgical co-management.

He now serves patients in South Phoenix, Globe, and across Arizona through Complete Vision Care's mobile eye clinic.

Dr. Tracy earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry and has focused on caring for patients at the Globe location for the last decade.

Her experience spans more than 36 years across private practice, VA care, Indian Health Services, clinical teaching, ocular disease, surgical co-management, and specialty contact lenses.

She is committed to thoughtful education and top-level care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Kappes earned her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry, where she graduated with honors.

Her clinical training included VA medical centers, eye care centers, and a one-year ocular disease residency at the Tallahassee VA.

She brings broad experience in complex eye conditions to patients at the Globe location.

Dr. LeGate is a pediatric optometrist serving the Mobile Eye Clinic and school-based pediatric exam program.

She completed her Doctor of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry and pediatric residency training at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Her calm, child-centered approach helps families feel informed, supported, and confident in their child's vision care.
